AVerTouch DOC Cam

Introduction

The Service Incident and Operation Management team in replacing old DOC Cams with newer AVerTouch DOC cams. These DOC Cams are directly connected to the TWS-desktop. They do not require any input switching on the Extron-panel.

Using the AVerTouch DOC Cam

  1. Log in the TWS-desktop with your GRC-credentials.
  2. Open the AVerTouch icon on the desktop.

  1. A new window will open displaying the document under the DOC Cam

Note: there are several buttons available on this panel. This includes but is not limited to: freeze, edit, annotate, and record.
