What is it?

Zoom Bombing is when someone joins a Zoom meeting and causes disruption or offense, which may include derogatory language or inappropriate video.

What to do when it happens?

• Report the participant’s abusive or inappropriate behavior to Zoom

• Remove the participant from your meeting.

• Report the incident to Campus Safety

How to prevent it

• Review Zoom's In-Meeting Security Controls

• Protect the meeting with a Passcode

• Do not publicly share meeting links

• Require Authentication

• Restrict meeting member actions
