Reset your Green River Password - Azure Self Service Password Reset

What is it?

Changing your password for your Green River account. The same account is used for logging into computers, E-Mail, and most other Green River Services.

 

When to use?

Use this option when your password has been compromised, forgotten, or any other time that you need to reset your password.

 

What to do?

From an Internet Browser:

1. Navigate to passwordreset.microsoftonline.com (link), or go to any Microsoft Login Screen, enter your email and hit Next. Or Hit "Can't Access your Account?" and select "Work or School" Account and skip to step 2.

1b. On the Enter Password Screen, hit Forgot Password.

2. Enter your E-Mail Address and complete the Captcha.

3. Complete your secondary authentication method.

Select the Password Reset Method

This is any of the same authentication methods that are registered for MFA, in addition to some other options.

Suggested methods: Authentication App, phone number text, phone call, or Security Key.

Note: You will need to complete your phone number first, before the system will text or call you.

Enter your phone number before a text message is sent.

For Authentication App: You will have options to "send notification" or "enter code" - the code is visible by opening the app and selecting the email account. The notification will pop-up and you can approve the login attempt with number matching.

4. Enter your new password and confirm, then complete. The password must be at least 12 characters long

Ener your new Password in both boxes

That's it! Use your new password to log in on a website, desktop or laptop.
