What is it?

Applications are deployed centrally from IT to Classrooms. If you are teaching in a classroom and require an application to be installed in that classroom, use this service to request the deployment.

Who is eligible to use this service?

All Faculty and Staff can request applications be deployed to Classrooms or Labs.

Other Considerations

Application Deployments may have dependencies or requirements, such as:

-Device Type: Desktops and Laptops have different capabilities. Some applications are only compatible with Desktops.

-Licensing: Some Applications may have specific Licensing requirements

-Security: If this is a new application, please submit an Application Security Review. This is required before a new app can be deployed.
