Teams Voice Call Queues

What is it?

Teams Voice is GRCs main phone system. It is accessible from the Teams web client at teams.microsoft.com (On Edge or Chrome), OR on the Teams application for computers.

 

Who is eligible to use this service?

GRC employees

 

How to use this service?

Login to the Teams client on a computer or web browser (teams.microsoft.com), and select the Voice app from the sidebar.

Service offerings available for teams voice include:

Requesting -Update Call Queue items, including active hours, holidays, or messages

Requesting -Update Membership of a call queue

 
Update Queue Active Hours or Holidays Edit Call Queue membership
