What is it?
Resetting MFA options clears any existing App or phone registrations, and prompts the user to re-enter those details, and re-register for MFA. This is commonly done when phones are lost or broken and users are unable to get into their accounts.

How to use this service?
Submit the request, your manager will receive an approval before MFA can be reset.
If you are resetting on behalf of another user, change the requester to that user and enter those details in the explanation.
