What is it?

Changing Permissions or Membership for users of a SharePoint site, including GatorNet.

Permissions Levels are:

Owner: Full Permissions

Member: Edit and View Permissions

Visitor: View Only Permissions

Who is eligible to use this service?

GRC Employees. If the request is made by a user who is not an owner of a SharePoint site, approval will be required by a site owner.

How to use this service?

Submit the request including site, user to be added/removed, and permissions level.

If you are not the owner of the site, then approval will be required before the task is completed.
