What is it?

Shared Mailboxes are used by multiple individuals. Use this request to gain access to an existing shared mailbox used currently in use.

How to use this service?

When you are added to a Shared Inbox, you can view it as a top-level folder on the Outlook Desktop app. On Webmail, you can select your name and "Open another Mailbox", then type in the email address of the shared mailbox.
 

Use this Service to request access to a Shared Mailbox. The owner of the mailbox will need to approve the request before access is granted.
