What is it?
Shared Inboxes are mailboxes that are not tied directly to a single users. This may be a department inbox, or an email address used for external communication.
Who is eligible to use this service?
GRC Faculty and Staff
If you are using an existing Shared Mailbox, you will need permission from the current owner of the mailbox.
How to use this service?
Shared Mailboxes that you have access to are available in the Outlook Desktop client as their own top-level folder. On Webmail (outlook.office.com), click your name in the top left and select "Open another Mailbox" to access a shared mailbox.
Request Access to an existing Mailbox or create a new shared mailbox using the buttons on the top right of this service.
